The following general conditions are integrating part of the stipulated contract with the Web Concierge. The contracts which have as object the offer of the only services of transport and stay, or any other separated touristic service , being not formulated as a document regarding the juridical regulation of the travel organization as touristic package, regulated by CCV dispositions : articles n°1,6; articles from 17 to 23 and from 24 to 31, as regards the different estimates from those relative to the contract of organization. The booking may be made by telephone or on e-mail and shall be considered confirmed only after the receipt of the official document –voucher. From the moment when the customer books one of our services, our terms of cancellation shall be implicitly confirmed and the customer does affirm to have read and understood our general conditions reputing them suitable to his /her needs. The booking modalities provide the reception from our side of the copy of the occurred payment of the deposit account, the detailed characteristics of the credit card as guarantee, and the copy of the identity document. The settlement shall be given on the arrival moment , excepted different explicit requests of the customer.Our customers on arriving are obliged to show the booking voucher , sent at the moment of the confirmation.
Services’ choiceIt is advisable to look over the services selecting them on the principal page of the menu, to check out the available options the probable prices’ variations of the single services ; to add to the shopping bag the chosen services modifying ,if necessary , the pigeon hole related to the quantities. BED& BREAKFAST: minimal stay two nights , the rate includes breakfast. HIGH SEASON: for Christmas and New Year the provide number of nights requested shall be 5 and for the Easter week end, shall be requested at minimum three nights. - It is necessary to verify the availability , filling up and confirming the apposite form “availability request”; - To read the e- mail in reply to your request , to specify the structure and/or the selected services , to determine the payment modalities of the deposit. After the above mentioned mailing, the service shall be temporarily blocked up for 48 hours , in case of no- payment , we do not guarantee further booking availability. - On your booking confirmation, you’ll have to pay the account identified on your booking form, and to send by fax the receipt or the copy of the payment occurred in 48 working hours from the receipt of the same. The contract shall be defined definitive after the account payment. - The booking service has to be considered definitively confirmed after the posting of the form , duly filled up and signed .
Modalities of payment
The booking must be guaranteed by the ground notes of the Credit card.
N.B. According to the selected structure , the payment method could be different , in this case, every thing shall be clearly described and specified on the online confirm, and on the e- mail
Receipt.
In the payment form three systems are advisable:

To ratify the booking , a summing up page of the booked service shall be viewed ,and we send you an e- mail containing the booking voucher with all the requisite information of which you can print a copy to show on your arrival.
CancellationJust 10 days before the arrival the account shall be given back , keeping only 16,00 euro for the Bank expenses . Less than 10 days the total account and the cost of the first night shall be taken up.
