Booking
The request of availability has to be made filling up the suited form on line, through e-mail, or by telephone. In case the requested settlement is not available the Web concierge , will propose you alternative settlings, with characteristics, similar to those you need. If you’ll accept our proposal , you have to send us the booking form rightly filled, and to choice the conditions of payment as regards the account Payment on account
The payment on account of 10% on the amount is requested, for the lodging and for additional services. The account to pay for charting boats, is the 50%of the total amount. The above mentioned sum has to be paid by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or by Postal order. The booking shall be accepted only if accompanied by the extremes of the occurred payment of the above mentioned, together with the copy of the identity document ,and the extremes of the Credit card as guarantee. The sum relative the lodging has to be paid cash directly to the owner at the arrival moment. The sum relative the further additional services shall be fixed preventively on the e-mail of the confirmed order
Confirmation
Only after the confirm of reception of your booking form and of the payment on account, you will receive written confirmation of your booking with the data summary of your stay. If the hour of your arrival should be different from the one communicated by you, we beg you to advice us quickly.
Renouncement If you are obliged to cancel the booking: Up to 10 days before the preview arrival date, our society will give you back the total amount keeping only 16 Euro for the banking expenses. Less than 10 days from the preview arrival date, our society shall keep the 100% of the amount and the cost for the first night . In case we are obliged to cancel your booking, it’ll be our interest to advice you immediately and to propose you an alternative accommodation according to your needs. In case it it’ll be not possible to find a pleasant stay for you , our society gives back the total amount. The Web Concierge will not be responsible for the cancellation owing to causes beyond control such as : strikes, natural calamities ,extraordinary events. These events shall be covered up your care by apposite assurance society in matter of travel.
Substitutions The denied customer can be substituted by another person according to the following rules:a)the Web Concierge must be informed trough a written document at least four working days before the fixed date of departure, receiving ,at the same time, communication about the generalities of the transferee customer. b) the replaced customer has to refund ,to the Web Concierge, all the expenses made to practise the substitution, the sum will be quantified in the moment in which the substitution is determined.
Complaints If on the arrival or during the stay, the customer might meet substantial differences in the booking plan, it should be advisable to contact the Web Concierge that will solve any problem as soon as possible. Whatever complaints might be , the Web Concierge will front seriously the matter and for this reason we beg you to fill up the questionnaires , which are placed at your disposal at the B&B and at the flats. Take care, please to send us the questionnaires. We do not take into consideration the request of reimbursements that might have reached us after the period of stay, at the structure chosen by us.
Changes in the prices Eventual changes in the prices or in the conditions of payment (festivities ,special offers) shall be opportunely pointed out on our web site, and reported on your booking form.
Tutelage of the privacy The data supplied by you shall be treated in the respect of the reserve obligations ruled by the law decree 196/ 2003 that substitutes the previous norm on the privacy law 675/96, and the above mentioned data shall be proceeded through fit instruments to guarantee the safety of the same. Anyone who fills up our formulary, consents according to the articles 11 and 20 of the law number 675, dated 31.12.1996 and subsequent modifications, to the Web Concierge s.a.s situated in Naples Viale Maria Cristina di Savoia n° 44 – 80122 Naples – Italy, the assembling , the utilization, the communication and/or the diffusion of the personal data given in the compilation of the booking form, according to the aim and to the conditions listed in the informative on the Privacy. In conformity with the above mentioned law decree 196|2003 the world wide web customer declares to know and consents that the data given by him can be used for commercial, promotional and / or selling purposes. The data can be used also for statistics or for the sending of editing matters through consultation, collaboration , comparison. The attribution of the requested data is facultative and an eventual refusal, on providing them, means exclusively the renunciation to receive the proposal. The above mentioned data may be , besides , communicated abroad and to the other societies for the same purpose for which they have been assembled. In relation to the proceeding of the personal data it has to be specified that, according to the article n.° 13 of the law decree 675/ 96, the party concerned, in any moment and free of charge, has the right to consult, to modify, to cancel the data relative to him, or to oppose to the utilization of them, getting confirm of the execution of what mentioned above or to confirm the happened communication of what requested to the subject to whom the data have eventually been communicated or diffused , writing to the Web Concierge Viale Maria Cristina di Savoia n°44 80122 Naples- Italy.
The Competent Foro (Court of Justice) In case of controversies the Court of Justice is competent.
